We have started putting all our documentation together prior to our travels. Plane tickets, booking of accommodation in Rome, copies of passport, birth certificate, drivers licence, copies of prescriptions oh so many things to think about.
The exciting bit of the pre-planning is trying to work out exactly where we are going when we get to Europe. this will be a secret until we do it. We plan on making decisions only a day or two ahead of travel.
The first thing you need to know is where we are starting. On 20th July we fly out of Auckland for Seoul, Korea. This is a place I have never been and it will be an experience for both of us. We overnight and don't fly out until late afternoon the next day.
This means we will have most of the day to explore and shop before we fly out for Rome.
